Meet your driver
For pickups we track your flight number, so the driver's arrival follows your actual landing. Your driver meets you at the door or in the arrivals hall and helps with the bags.
FAQ
Good questions, straight answers
How do fixed fares work?
Your fare is calculated from the base rate, distance, vehicle, typical tolls and any extras like child seats, and shown in full before you leave your details. We confirm it with you when we call, and once you've paid the secure link we send, that is the price — whatever the traffic does.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number, not the clock. Your pickup time adjusts automatically to your actual arrival, with a sensible buffer after landing for domestic and international flights.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. NSW law requires children under seven to use an approved child restraint suited to their age and size. Choose rear-facing, forward-facing or booster seats when you book and we fit them before pickup.
How much luggage can I bring?
Every vehicle has a published capacity for passengers, large suitcases and carry-ons. Tell us your passenger and bag count when booking and we'll recommend the smallest vehicle that genuinely fits — golf bags and surfboards included.
When does Western Sydney International open?
WSI opens to passengers on 25 October 2026, with Jetstar flying from day one, Air New Zealand from 26 October, Singapore Airlines from 23 November 2026 and Qantas from March 2027. The airport is curfew-free, and you can already get a fixed fare for WSI travel dates.
Can I change or cancel my trip?
Yes. Reply to our call, or email bookings@wsitransfers.com.au with your name, mobile and travel date. Nothing is booked until you've paid the secure payment link we send, so until then there is nothing to cancel. Once it's paid, cancellation windows and refunds follow the policy on the pricing page.
