Where do I meet my driver at WSI?

At the terminal forecourt. Western Sydney International has a single terminal serving both domestic and international flights, so there is one arrivals exit rather than a choice of buildings. Your driver tracks your flight number, waits free from the moment you actually land, and messages you when they are in position. We give you the exact meeting point when we call to confirm your pickup.

What's confirmed for opening day

• One terminal. Domestic and international arrivals share the same building.
• Taxis and rideshare. When the airport opens, dedicated taxi ranks and rideshare pick-up zones will be available directly outside the terminal.
• Parking. The airport publishes its car parking options and prices on its own car parking page.
• Road access. The toll-free M12 Motorway connects the airport to the M7 Motorway at Cecil Hills and The Northern Road at Luddenham.
• Flight tracking. Your booking carries the flight number; the driver moves with your actual landing time.
• Free waiting from touchdown. The waiting window starts when you land, not when someone guessed you would.
• Meet & greet. Add it to your quote for a name board at the arrivals exit and help with bags from the trolley onward.

How else can you get to WSI?

We would rather you had the whole picture than booked us by default. Public buses to Western Sydney International have run since 5 July 2026, well before the first passenger flight.

Public buses

Five routes serve the airport, each every 30 minutes, 5am to 10pm daily:

• Route 772 — Mount Druitt to WSI via St Clair
• Route 790 — Penrith to WSI via Kingswood
• Route 825 — Liverpool to WSI via Bonnyrigg
• Route 845 — Campbelltown to WSI via Oran Park
• Route 860 — Liverpool to WSI via Leppington

The free St Marys shuttle

WSI Link runs free between St Marys station and the airport, every 30 minutes, from 4.30am to midnight Sunday to Thursday and 4.30am to 1am Friday and Saturday. It starts once passenger flights begin on 25 October 2026. It runs until Sydney Metro services start.

Is there a train?

Not at opening. The Sydney Metro line to the airport will not be open when passenger flights begin. Until it opens, the rail connection is St Marys station plus the free WSI Link shuttle. Transport for NSW has not published an opening date for the Metro line. If you are coming by rail once flights begin, that means St Marys station plus the free shuttle — which works well with hand luggage and less well with a pram, three suitcases and a 5am flight. That gap is the honest case for booking a transfer, and it is the only case we will make.

What genuinely isn't published yet

Two details are still outstanding. We will not guess at them, and this list shrinks as the airport publishes:

• The exact kerb zone numbering and pick-up bay allocations inside the terminal forecourt.
• Whether a commercial access fee will apply to booked transfers, and at what rate.

Getting away from Badgerys Creek

The airport connects to the motorway network via the toll-free M12 Motorway, which links to the M7 Motorway at Cecil Hills and The Northern Road at Luddenham. Whether you're heading home to Penrith, across to Parramatta or all the way to the Eastern Suburbs, the fare was agreed before you paid.
