We don't publish testimonials we can't stand behind. Every review that appears on this page will come from a completed, verified booking.
No reviews yet — by design
After each completed trip, passengers are invited to leave a review. As they arrive, they'll be published here unedited — the good and the instructive. What you'll never find on this page: invented star ratings or borrowed testimonials.

Why are there no reviews on this page? #
Because we haven't collected any yet. This is a new service built around an airport that opens to passengers on 25 October 2026, and the honest options were an empty page or invented praise. We took the empty page.
Nothing here is standing in for reviews that exist somewhere else. There is no hidden rating, no five-star average waiting to be switched on, and no testimonial borrowed from another business. If you are comparing transfer companies right now, the useful thing to know is that this page will never be the reason you chose us.
How will reviews be collected? #
After a completed trip, and only after one. Every review has to match a paid trip in our records — a date, a pickup, a driver, a fare — so nobody can review a journey they didn't take.
The destination for those reviews is still being decided. When it's fixed, it will be named here rather than quietly appearing one day. Until then, feedback sent to us directly is read by a person — it just doesn't get published as a review, because a message we typed up ourselves isn't one.
What will be published, and what won't #
All of them, unedited, as they arrive — including the ones that sting. A page that only carries praise is a page nobody believes, and the first critical review is worth more to a reader than the first ten good ones.
The line we won't cross:
- No purchased, incentivised or staff-written reviews. Ever.
- No testimonials borrowed from another business, a stock library or a supplier.
- No editing a review for tone. If a fact in one is wrong, we correct it in a reply underneath, not by changing the words.
- No aggregate star rating until there are real reviews to average.
- No AggregateRating markup in this page's code — so search engines cannot show stars we haven't got. You can check that yourself in the page source.
How do I judge you with no reviews to read? #
Read the things that can be held against us. The fare rules, the late-night and public-holiday components, the cancellation windows and the refund policy are all published before you pay anything, and the fare we confirm on our call is the fare on the payment link. Those are commitments with consequences attached. A star average is not.
Start with the pricing page, then the refund policy and the FAQ. Then look at how a trip is arranged: a fare online with nothing paid, a call back that confirms the vehicle and the fare, a secure payment link, and flight tracking on arrival legs.
I've travelled with you — how do I leave a review? #
Email bookings@wsitransfers.com.au with the date and the pickup of your trip, so we can match it to the journey. Say what actually happened, including the parts that went badly.
Critical reviews are genuinely wanted. We would rather publish the one that says the driver arrived ten minutes late than run a page that reads like it was written in an office. The first reviews on this page set what everyone after them expects, so accuracy matters more than kindness.
Common questions
Are any of the reviews on this page real?
There are no reviews on this page at all — that is the current, accurate state of it. When reviews do appear, every one will come from a completed, paid trip we can match to our records, published in the words the passenger wrote. If you ever see a testimonial here without that basis, something has gone wrong and we want to hear about it.
Do you have a star rating?
No. We have no rating, no review count and no AggregateRating structured data in this page's markup, which is why no stars appear next to us in search results. That stays true until real reviews exist in numbers where an average means something rather than flattering us by accident.
Would you remove a bad review?
No. A negative review from a real trip stays up, and we reply to it publicly. The only things that would be removed are unlawful or abusive content and anything containing another person's private details — a driver's home address, a passenger's phone number. Disagreeing with a review is not grounds for deleting it.
Why not show reviews from Google or social media instead?
Because there aren't any there either, and retyping reviews from another platform onto our own page is how testimonials stop being checkable. When reviews exist on a public platform, we will point you at the source so you can read them where we can't touch them, rather than quoting the flattering half.
When will the first reviews appear?
After the first completed trips, and we won't put a date on it. Western Sydney International opens to passengers on 25 October 2026, so a meaningful number of airport trips is a matter of when passengers start flying. A promise about when praise will arrive would be exactly the kind of thing this page exists to avoid.
Isn't an empty reviews page bad for business?
Probably, in the short term. It is also the only version of this page we can defend line by line, and everything else we publish — fixed fares, cancellation windows, refund terms — is written to the same standard. If the restraint on this page reads as credible, that is the point of it.
